Here are some specifics on how fees are handled at Revitalize Psychology Services.
Cash, e-transfer, and credit card are accepted. E-transfers must be made the same day as session to dianne@revitalizepsychology.com
The full session fee is due at the end of each session.

80 minute session - $300
EMDR Intensive - vary depending on the duration of a session
INSURANCE
The services of Registered Psychologists are covered by all insurance companies who have counselling services outlined in their benefit plan. Revitalize Psychology can direct bill most insurance companies. The plans vary in the amount of coverage available and once the coverage limit has been reached, clients are responsible for the remaining fees. Psychology Services are considered medical expenses with Revenue Canada and can be claimed on your tax return.

In addition to traditional insurance plans, Revitalize Psychology is an approved providers for the following insurance plans:
Medavie (RCMP)
Vetrans' Affairs Canada (VAC)
Non-insured Indigenous Health Benefits (NIHB)
The Worker's Compensation Board (WCB)

Life can be unpredictable. If you find you need to cancel a counselling appointment, please give as much notice as possible so those on a waiting list can fill the appointment slot. Please text 825-706-3205 to cancel your appointment.

Except in extenuating circumstances or an emergency, you will be charged $50 if you do not cancel your appointment with a minimum of 12 hours notice. No shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

Unfortunately if you are late for your appointment time you will be able to use the remainder of the time that is booked for you, but your appointment will end at the scheduled time in order to honour the time of the next client.
